These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by MPLS Page LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as MPLS PAGE, at mplspage.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Site, you accept these Terms fully and agree to abide by all applicable laws. If you disagree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

5. Trademarks “MPLS PAGE,” “MPLS PAGE LLC,” our logos, and related brand elements are trademarks of MPLS Page LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Other trademarks on the Site belong to their respective owners.
6. User‑Generated Content (UGC) If you submit content to the Site:

• You grant MPLS Page LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your content across any media.
• You represent that your content is lawful, original, and does not infringe on any rights.
• The Site operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. You are responsible for your UGC; MPLS PAGE does not endorse it and is not liable for it.
• We may remove or restrict UGC that violates our Terms or applicable laws.

7. Editorial Control We have editorial authority over all content produced by MPLS Page LLC. For UGC, we may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms, but we are not responsible for its accuracy or presence.
8. Prohibited Conduct You must not:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content
• Promote hate speech, bullying, or threats
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Impersonate others or post misleading information
• Reveal private or confidential data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
• Circumvent security measures or disrupt site operation
• Redistribute content without permission
• Upload harmful code or engage in illegal activities

Violating these rules may result in content removal, suspension, or legal action.

9. DMCA Compliance If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, notify our DMCA Agent at dmca@mplspage.com with:

• Your signature
• A description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• A statement made under penalty of perjury

We comply with 17 U.S.C. §512 and are registered for DMCA Safe Harbor.

10. Dispute Resolution Disputes will first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Hennepin County, Minnesota. If unresolved, they will proceed to binding arbitration under AAA rules. You agree to waive your right to jury trial and class action proceedings. Small claims court remains available where permitted.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and defend MPLS Page LLC and its representatives against claims, damages, or expenses—including legal fees—arising from your use of the Site, your UGC, or violation of these Terms, including defamation, privacy violations, and emotional harm.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, non-infringement, or availability.
13. Limitation of Liability MPLS Page LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to $500 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
14. Third-Party Links The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. A link does not imply endorsement.
15. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without notice. Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including indemnity and liability clauses.
16. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and MPLS Page LLC.
